Photo booth Terms and Conditions of Hire

Definition

 The "Client" means the persons, organisation or company booking a photo booth from "Black Tie Photo Booths".

Black Tie Photo Booths is a trading name of Alamode Photographers Ltd.


Booking

1.1 All equipment remains the property of the Black Tie Photo Booths at all times.

1.2 By placing an order with us either verbally or via e-mail regardless of whether a booking has been confirmed or deposit paid it is deemed that the Client has read, understood, fully agreed to and is bound by all our terms and conditions of hire.


1.3 In the event of traffic or any other circumstances beyond our control preventing us from being able to fulfil our contracted obligations our liability shall be limited to a refund of any monies paid in relation to the contracted event or a pro rata reduction in the hire fee in the event of delayed start. No further compensation will be paid irrespective of any loss of earnings.


Price, Booking Fee and Payments
2.1 All hires are subject to a booking fee of 25% (Booking fee is non refundable).

2.2 The balance to be paid in full at least 10 days prior to the start of the event unless approved by a member of Black Tie Photo Booths staff.

2.3 Terms for approved account clients will be strictly 30 days from invoice date unless agreed in writing by Black Tie Photo Booths.

2.4 Advertised prices are subject to change without prior notification.

2.5 Black Tie Photo Booths reserve the right to charge interest on all overdue accounts at 2% of the hire fee for each day the account remains overdue.

Cancellation

3.1 Any cancelled order is subject to the following cancellation charges;
Any event cancelled within 30 days of the event date will liable for 25% of the hire fee

Any event cancelled within 7 days of the event will be liable for  100% of the hire fee

Equipment

4.1 Black Tie Photo Booths reserve the right to substitute hired equipment with equipment of a similar type and value without notice in the event of previous damage or loss of booked equipment.

4.2 All photo sizes quoted are approximate

4.3. All equipment remains the property of the Black Tie Photo Booths at all times.

4.4 Black Tie Photo Booths reserve the right to amend or alter any product specifications without prior notice.

Venue, Location, and Conduct

5.1 The Photo Booth will be set up as agreed on arrival in one location only and cannot be moved once erected.

5.2 Black Tie Photo Booths reserve the right to refuse delivery if the venue is deemed to be unsuitable to set up the equipment (for example the floor is not level or is unstable) or if the client has failed to notify Black Tie Photo Booths of any excessive loading distances from our vehicle to the set up area. In such a case no refund will be given and the full hire fee will be due.


5.3 The client is responsible for ensuring that suitable security and crowd control measures are in place prior to start of the hire period.

5.4 Black Tie Photo Booths reserve the right to cease operation and remove the photo booth from site if at any time a member of Black Tie Photo Booths staff feel that guests or clients conduct is endangering the safety of the guests, clients, themselves or the safety of the photo booth. In such cases no refund will be given and full contracted fees will be due to Black Tie Photo Booths.

Liability

6.1 The client agrees to indemnify Black Tie Photo Booths for any damage or theft of any Black Tie Photo Booths equipment whilst on hire.

6.2 Black Tie Photo Booths accept no liability for any damage or loss of personal property and or any injury arising from the use of the photo booth, props or any other hired equipment.
